It’s also different with the A on board, a preflop raiser with an A in his hand is going nowhere, so the q7 is drawing to 9 outs rather than if two low diamonds came and he had overs with it.
He can’t really represent that big a hand on that board, other than a draw, so if he raises with the preflop raiser to act behind him he’s fucked, if he calls and the preflop raiser raises, he’s fucked as he’s got 9 outs at most.
