If turn card were the club three only a river spade four or spade eight would save Kallakis, giving him straight flush (seven-high with the four, or nine-high with the eight) and Flanders would be drawing completely dead on turn unless Flanders and Kallakis switched fives; in that case Kallakis wouldn’t have even flopped the spade flush at all.
