I think Gus was kind of pissed at the other players’ bitching. The worst they should be saying is “tough spot”, even if they would have leaned to a fold (against Leaderer). “I would have done such and such…” yeah, whatever.
That’s no fucking etiquette when a guy gets kings full beat. Online, anyone talking like this would get told to STFU.
Gus is a total class act, but really this is nothing even casual players shouldn’t know.

There are only two combos that have him beat so he has to make the call, no matter what. Even if he never sees Lederer bluffing in that spot he can still raise it up with worse hands like 99, JJ or QQ. Moreover there’s a slim chance Lederer also has K9. That’s just a bad cooler.
