He has difficulty pronouncing the simplest words, he rarely pays attention to the topics being discussed and he doesn’t know how to contribute anything valuable, important or witty to the show. OPIE SUCKS WAH WAH WAH SHUT UP ALREADY. Theres more to a good talk comedy show than just pervert & racist jokes. I love Jim and Ant as much as any other but there MORE to a show than that. I mean one of the worst-of’s this week was Ant falling asleep during an interview. At least Opie finds a way to make it interesting by being a dick when he senses the ship crashing. Ant couldnt hold that show together, he doesnt have enough blind rage to be a backstage leader.

@Demendred1605 nope, i actually don’t hate opie obviously he’s an asset to the show. i just think its transparent what he’s trying to do when he pulls this shtick like he’s done so many other times. jim and anthony can be mean as well, but they find much funnier ways to do it.
and i’m in college, haven’t really had much of a chance to fail at life in those many ways yet.

Jealousy maybe? I find that most people who hate Opie are either labor workers, people who couldn’t cut it on the radio, or people who are on the radio, but have to work with a hole, and/or have to be managements little puppy and do what they say.

Also, the show would fall off the fucking rails inside a month without him. It’s funny to see people be anti-opie but pro-anthony and jimmy, when both jimmy and anthony are probably the biggest opie supporters in the entire world.
Opie is never funny. He tries to compensate by trying to be shocking, which he isn’t. Ant and Jim actually have material and can hold a conversation without sounding stupid. Opie NEVER comes across as smart.
