    Ahahahahahahaha

Probably the best play Laak has made in his life, that lay-down. He’s used to mucking the winning hand.

  • 10 January 20122:44 am nowyano23

Galfond chuckles at that POS Rolex when he made his first attempt to donk off his chips. Turning his cards over as if to suggest he out-played Galfond.

  • 10 January 20123:40 am nowyano23

    (Fake) Rolex calls.

  • 10 January 20123:53 am ashystyle

Erik ‘Rolex’ Boneta, one of the amateur players from the last episode of High Stakes Poker has been caught trying to illegally import ‘gray market’ Rolex watches …

Tried to regain his losses perhaps.

it was easy fold!!!!chan isnt a donk like at the micro ther is not a chance hed raise with a weak ace easy fold in this game

  • 10 January 20127:05 am TheRicher97

Phil is so cool….. did’nt even brag about the fact he just folded a full house

  • 10 January 20127:44 am Cdub2k

Well at least now he can go catch his plane.

  • 10 January 20128:23 am Cdub2k

No he read his hand perfectly. He’s probably played with Chan a lot. I’m amazed at how quickly he folded. I liked the fact that he said “I was bluffing”.

  • 10 January 20129:15 am AdolfNewton

Honestly I think phil laak just misread his hand. This is not a spot you can fold, johnny chan could’ve easily called the turn with a weak ace and decided to value raise the river.

  • 10 January 20129:57 am randy3st3000

    CRAP

  • 10 January 201210:41 am AdenEFC

people say phil laak is a bad player but he has some amazing reads at times, that laydown was unreal

  • 10 January 201211:29 am zegakai

Galfond must have been tired. That last hand was embarassing. I thought he had some sort of Johnny Chan kinda read on Barry but apparently he didn’t. Or if he did, he didn’t trust it. Check/call, check/call, check/call ain’t as easy as it looks. He should just stick to leading out like he usually does.

  • 10 January 201212:04 pm MrSTUPIDBRICK

Laak has gone up in my estimations after that brilliant lay down! well played phill

  • 10 January 20121:00 pm jimbuckleybarrett

  • 10 January 20121:34 pm serratop

And when Laak folded AA against a weaker hand in a earlier episode everybody called him a pussy, lol. Its always easy to talk when you see all hands.

  • 10 January 20122:19 pm sk5878

fuck laak. him and his butt buddy esfandiari are pussies.
